Annual Statutory Audit

 

We perform Annual Statutory Audit through our sister firm Gani Alashe & Co. A a firm of Chartered Accountants licensed by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 1990 to offer professional services in the following areas Annual Auditing.

This audit approach is based on critical financial assurance including the mandatory accounting standards. To a large extent, these mandatory standards are similar to the International Financal Reporting Standards (IFRS).

We assess the reason for non-payment and act in accordance with our assessment.
